An architect by trade, Principal and President of Sitelines, Inc., Kelly Kenter, comes to the construction industry from a completely unique perspective. After working for years for national architectural and engineering firms, Kelly launched Sitelines, Inc. In February of 2000. Vince Winkelmann, a leader in the greater St. Louis construction industry and who has a career in building that spans over three decades, joined Kelly as Vice President in 2001. Since then, Kelly, Vince and the Sitelines, Inc. Team have provided innovative architectural, construction, and consulting services for a wide variety of clients throughout the St. Louis region for more than two decades.
